Dr. Q's Emerald Carpet is a mixture of premium turf-type grasses containing dwarf turf type tall fescue. This grass has a more attractive blade, is slower growing, uses less water and requires less mowing than regular tall fescues. With less frequent mowing and fewer grass clippings for disposal, it's easier on the environment and on the pocketbook.
